These terms and conditions don’t apply to
resellers. If you are a reseller (wholesale customer), please
check your wholesale line sheet for a copy of the ‘Terms &

When you receive an Anuschka Handbag as a
gift or you purchase an Anuschka handbag for personal use or for
the purpose of gifting it to someone else, you are considered a
retail customer.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE
FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Actual colors on the handbag may be slightly different from
what you see on your computer monitor, smart phone, laptop screen
or any device that you may be using to browse this website. Due to
technological differences and how the colors are calibrated on the
specific device by the user or the manufacturer, the colors as
reflected by the device may not match that of the actual
item.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments may be made using VISA, MasterCard, Diners, Discover
or American Express.
No other form of payment is supported for any form of retail
sale by ANUSCHKA.
All payment charges will appear as Anuschka/The Basu Group,
Inc.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR ALL ORDERS
Shipping and handling will be charged extra on all orders.
All orders will be shipped using UPS/ FedEx.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically at check
out.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for all order deliveries. In the
event of a back order, you will be notified via email.
SALES TAX
NJ Residents are subject to a 7% NJ Sales Tax.
BACK ORDERS
The customer acknowledges that The Basu
Group, Inc. may take up to 4 weeks to deliver the
item.
The Basu Group, Inc. reserves the right to
cancel the order.
The Customer has the right to cancel the
order prior to the item shipping.
The Basu Group, Inc. will not charge the
Customer's credit card till the item is ready to ship.
Once an item is Back Ordered, the customer
will enjoy the privilege of receiving the first available item in
the order the back orders were received.

All terms and conditions are subject to

items which are temporarily out of stock.
RETURNS
Returns will be allowed only if requested within 30 days of
original ship date.
Prior to returning any item, customer must contact The Basu
Group, Inc. by emailing cs@anuschkaleather.com or by calling 866.403.1314 / 908.517.9138 to obtain a Return
Authorization (RA) Number. Any return without RA # will not be
processed and will be returned to the customer.
After 30 days, items may be returned for exchange for equal or
higher value for a period of 90 days from original ship date. RA#
is still required.
The item must be unused and returned with original packaging
and a copy of the receipt in order for the return to be accepted.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges. Shipping and
handling is non-refundable.
If the item is damaged due to improper packaging by the
customer, the damaged item will be returned to the customer and
the RA will be void.
Limited Warranty Policy:
TBG stands behind the
quality and workmanship of all its products.
Warranty is limited to Manufacturing Defects only. General
wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
For handbags (bags) & small leather goods (SLG) purchased at
full price, warranty is 1 year from date of purchase. Valid
receipt copy required for processing claim.
For bags & SLG’s purchased at discounted price, warranty is 30
days from date of purchase. Valid receipt copy required for
processing claim.
For shoes purchased at full price- warranty is 60 days from
date of purchase. Valid receipt copy required for processing
claim.
For shoes purchased at discounted price, warranty is 15 days
from date of purchase. Valid receipt copy required for processing
claim.
TBG will NOT refund/ replace any used merchandise. Used
merchandise is only eligible for repair. Shoes once worn may not
be returned. If original packaging is missing, the item will be
considered used and subject to our warranty policy.
Repair
TBG will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge,
within the warranty period.
After expiration of warranty period, TBG may charge for any
repairs/ replacement parts.
TBG will not be responsible for any product that is overloaded
and damaged by abuse of the product.
TBG will replace the bag/ wallet only if it cannot be repaired
and if it is within the warranty period.
Exceptions
TBG does not offer cleaning, re-dying or leather refurbishing
services
TBG cannot repair extraordinary damages – slashing/holes in
the leather/lining, water or chemical damage, over stuffing and
other misused items. Such circumstances VOID any existing
warranty.
TBG will not repair marks and scratches on shoes, handbags and
other accessories that may be considered normal wear and tear.
General Policies applicable to ALL Warranty
Claims:
Original copy of the invoice is required for all Claims.
When processing a claim for a consumer (the reseller’s
customer), a valid sales receipt is required.
TO FILE A CLAIM, FAX 908.325.0436 OR EMAIL cs@anuschkaleather.com and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with
sending a claim to TBG.
All items must be sent via insured mail or UPS.
Any bag damaged because of improper packing by the customer
when shipping to TBG, will be returned to the customer as is and
the claim will be considered void.
Return address for warranty claims will be provided at the
time of issuing the RA #.
REMEMBER TO ENCLOSE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOUR CLAIMED ITEM:
The Return Authorization Number (RA#) that you received from
us.
A note with a brief description of the repair needed.
A copy of the original invoice (if you are a reseller) or
sales receipt (if this is for a customer)
All claims take at least 45-60 days to process from the date
the item is received by TBG.
Any return without RA # on the box will be refused / returned
and no refund will be issued.
Important: For California Residents :
California Proposition 65
California
Proposition 65 requires special product labeling for products
containing certain chemicals (such as lead) known to the State of
California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive
harm, if the product will expose the consumer to such chemicals.
The following warning has been included in order to ensure
compliance with the California law.
Prop 65 Warning: This product may contain lead, a chemical
known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects,
and other reproductive harm. Anuschka uses 100% Lead Free paint. The minor traces of
lead levels in our hardware and leathers are in compliance with
Prop 65 standards and are less than common household items like
faucets and door knobs and meet the same industry standard as all
leading leather accessory brands.
